Learn How Aquaseal UV Works

Step 01
Clean and prep the area. Make sure your gear is completely dry, and wipe away any dirt or debris around the pinhole or tear. A clean surface ensures a strong repair.

Step 02
Apply Aquaseal UV. Squeeze a small dab of adhesive directly over the hole. Spread it into a thin layer using the tip of the tube or a small applicator.

Step 03
Expose to sunlight. Hold the repair in direct sunlight (or use a UV flashlight). Aquaseal UV cures in just 30 seconds—no waiting overnight.

Step 04
Keep on adventuring. Once cured, the repair is flexible and waterproof. Your gear is ready to hit the river or trails again.
